At the 49th LA Korean Festival, the monastics and Buddhist

devotees of the Korea Sah Buddhist Temple (Abbot:

Myogyeong) and theTahl Mah Sah Buddhist Temple (Abbot: 

Geumseon) of the Korean-American Buddhist Association of 

the Midwest ran booths featuring lantern-making activities. 

The 49th LA Korean Festival was held at Seoul International 

Park from September 22nd to 25th. This four-day festival 

featured the theme "Restoration and Unity through the Power

of Hallyu/resuming for the first time after three years, since the 

outbreak ofCOVID-19.
