The Korean Buddhist Sangha of the USA held the 3rd
General Conference(Abbot: Ven. Geumseon)
The Korean Buddhist Sanga of the USA, the association of
Korean Bhiksunis, held its 3rd General Conference on October
21,2022 in LATahlmahsa.The previous executive committee
was re-elected to serve another term with Ven Seongak from
Buddhanara Temple in Atlanta as the chair, Ven. Hyeongjeon
from Borisa Zen Center in Las Vegas as the secretary, and
Ven. Geumseon from LATahlmahsa as the financial officer.
After checking and sharing the visa/ green card status of the
monastic members, they had a meeting on the subject of
temple management and administration. The 2023 General
Conference of the Korean Buddhist Sangha of the USA will be
held in New York.
