반야심경(Heart Sutra)
觀自在菩薩 行深般若波羅蜜多時 照見五蘊皆空 度一切苦厄
관자재보살이 오묘한 반야바라밀다를 닦으실 때
몸과 마음의 욕망이 모두 비어있음을 비추어 보시고 온갖 괴로움과 재앙의 바다를 건너셨느니라.
Homage to the Perfection of Wisdom, the lovely, the Holy!
Avalokita Bodhisattva was moving in the deep course of the wisdom which has gone beyond.
He looked down from on high and saw but five skandhas which, in their own being, were empty.
舍利子 色不異空 空不異色 色卽是空 空卽是色 受想行識 亦復如是
사리자여, 삼라만상은 빈 것이며 공한 그 모습이 삼라만상이니,
감정이나 생각 욕망 의식 등 마음의 작용도 또한 빈 것이니라.
"Here, O Sariputra, Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form;
Form does not differ from Emptiness, Emptiness does not differ from Form;
whatever is Empty, that is Form, whatever is Form that is Empty.
The same is true of feelings, perceptions, impulses and consciousness.
舍利子 是諸法空相 不生不滅 不垢不淨 不增不減
사리자여, 이 모든 비어있는 모습에는 나고 없어지는 것도 없으며 더러웁거나 깨끗함도 없으며 늘어나거나 줄어듬도 없느니라.
O Sariputra, all dharmas are marked with Emptiness, they have no beginning and no end,
they are neither imperfect nor perfect, neither deficient nor complete.
是故 空中無色 無受想行識 無眼耳鼻舌身意 無色聲香味觸法 無眼界乃至
無意識界 無無明 亦無無明盡 乃至無老死 亦無老死盡
그러므로 비어있는 세계에는 이렇다 할 실체도 없고 감정도 생각도 욕망도 의식도 없고
감각의 주체도 없으며 빛깔이나 소리나 냄새나 맛이나 촉감의 관념도 없으며
그러한 것들의 모든 상대 또한 없느니라. 그러므로 미혹된 어리석음도 없고 어리석음을
벗어나는 것도 없으며 늙고 죽음도 없으며 끝내 늙고 죽음을 벗어나는 것도 없나니
Therefore, O Sariputra, in emptiness there is no form, no feeling, no perception, no name,
no concepts, no knowledge. No eye, no ear, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind;
no forms, no sounds, smells, tastes, touchables or objects of the mind, no sight organ,
no hearing organ and so forth to no mind consciousness element; no ignorance or
extinction of ignorance or extinction of ignorance, no decay and death, no extinction of decay and death.
無苦集滅道 無智亦無得 以無所得故 菩提薩 依般若波羅蜜多 故 心無 無 故 無有恐怖 遠離顚倒夢想究竟涅槃
괴로움도 없고 괴로움의 원인도 없고 괴로움을 없애는 일도 없으며 팔정도의 길도 없느니라.
지혜가 따로이 있을 수 없으며 아무런 얻음과 잃을 것이 없으므로 모든 보살은 이 반야바라밀다에 의지하여 닦아가나니
마음에 걸림이 없고 마음에 걸림이 없으므로 두려움이 없어 잘못된 망상을 떠나 마침내 열반에 이르느니라.
There is no suffering, no origination, no stopping, no path, no cognition, no attainment, nor anything to attain.
There is nothing to accomplish and so Bodhisattvas can rely on the Perfection of Wisdom without trouble.
Being without trouble, they are not afraid, having overcome anything upsetting, they attain Nirvana.
三世諸佛 依般若波羅蜜多故 得阿 多羅三 三菩提
과거 현재 미래의 모든 부처님이 반야바라밀다를 의지하여 최고의 올바른 깨달음을 얻었으니
All Buddhas who appear in the three periods, fully Awake to the utmost, right and perfect enlightenment
because they have relied on the Perfection of Wisdom.
故知般若波羅蜜多 是大神呪 是大明呪 是無上呪 是無等等呪 能除一切苦 眞實不虛
이 반야바라밀다는 가장 신비한 진언이고 가장 밝은 진언이고 가장 뛰어난 진언이며 비길데 없는 진언이니
능히 모든 괴로움을 없애고 참으로 진실하여 허망함이 없느니라.
Therefore, one should know the Perfection of Wisdom is the great mantra, is the unequaled mantra, the destroyer of suffering.
故說般若波羅蜜多呪 卽說呪曰,
이제 반야바라밀다의 주문을 설하노라.
Because of this Truth, listen to the mantra:
揭諦揭諦 波羅揭諦 波羅僧揭諦 菩提 娑婆訶
아제 아제 바라아제 바라승아제 모지 사바하.
Gate, Gate, Paragate, Para Samgate Bohisvaha Gone, Gone, Gone beyond, Gone utterly beyond Oh, what an Awakening!.

반야심경(Heart Sutra)
The Maha Prajns Paramita Hridaya Sutra
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva when practicing deeply the Prajna Paramita Perceives that
all five skandhas are empty and is saved from all suffering and distress Sariputra,
Form does not differ from Emptiness, Emptiness does not differ from Form.
That which is Form is emptiness, that which is emptiness form. The same is true of feelings, perceptions, impulses
and consciousness. Sariputra, all dharmas are marked with Emptiness, they do not appear or disappear,
are not tainted or pure, do not increase or decrease.
Therefore, in emptiness no form, no feelings, perceptions, impulses, consciousness.
No eyes, no ears, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind; no color, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch,
no object of mind, no realm of eyes... and so forth until no realm of mind consciousness.
No ignorance and also no extinction of it... and so forth until no old age and death and also no extinction of them.
No suffering, no origination, no stopping, no path, no cognition, also no attainment with nothing to attain.
The Bodhisattvas depends on Prajna Paramita and the mind is no hindrance; without any hindrance no fears exist.
Far apart from every perverted view one dwells in Nirvana. In the three worlds all Buddhas depend on
Prajna Paramita and attain Anuttara Samyak Sambodhi.
Therefore know that Prajna Paramita is the great transcendent mantra, is the great bright mantra,
is the utmost mantra, is the supreme mantra which is able to relieve all suffering and is true, not false.
So proclain the Prajna Paramita mantra, proclaim the mantra which says:
gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha gate gate paragate parasamgate
bodhi svaha gate gate paragate parasamgate bodhi svaha
